Go Grant Go

Grant and I had a little pre-game party to celebrate the Spurs game Friday. Fortunately, there was a big win. It was probably the T-shirts that did it.

Smiles

Grant had a visit from his great aunt and uncle, Lindy and Paul. They brought Grant a neat book which changes the words of classic songs like "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" to "Stinky, stinky Diaper Change" Another example "Row Row Row Your Boat" to "Go go go to bed" Finally accessible works of art that our little guy can relate to. Grant put on a happy show and here's some photos and a video. Your welcome, Kay.

As an update from us, we have been shopping around for a more permanent home. Hopefully, we can find a home that Grant can grow up in, make friends near, and learn to ride a bike outside of. Grant really has been insisting on lower tax rates too! We'll see what we can do.

Grant also has started to sleep more at night; lets not jinx it though, but keep your fingers crossed.

Grant-o-vision

Remember, money shot.

Gonna Be A Blurpy Monday

Due to popular demand, here are more photos of our little Grant. He has his real baby moments when between the poops, burps, and flailing he calms down to communicate a coo or a smile. He's a great guy. BTW, check out the money shot in the video.

The Cute is Thick

And oozing. Since last we blogged, Grant has become quite the baby and learned many modes of communication and messages to parents, such as

1) Baby coos 2) Grunting 3) Flailing of arms 4) Kicking of feet 5) Projectile poop 6) Many Faces 6) the cry of hunger 7) stink eye 8) talk to the hand 9) eager eater 10) don't touch me I'm sleeping 11) don't kiss me I'm too grown up 12) I peed on you and that's funny 13) ha-ha 14) not now 15) here comes a burp 16) my bowels are exploding 17) I need more 18) where's my binky 19) not that binky 20) I am not done eating 21) happy yell.

He has been getting bigger and more aware. Unofficially, he's about 23-24" long. Also, he now spends time swinging in his swing and laughing to himself. His favorite place is his changing table where he'll smile and laugh no matter what's in his diaper.

He also enjoys lounging in his space-themed room which now has an HGTV makeover to really tempt buyers. Enjoy!
