Buzz, buzz. Now that Grant is One, he's been thinking about all that he left
Behind in his infant months. "All I want is You," he tells his mommy, Kelly. "But I gotta walk On, 'cause there's no line on the Horizon." "Gloria! and Hallelujah!", says Kelly. When he walks, he's just running to stand Still. "I want to go to the Heartland in God's Country," he insists. "Love is Blindness; love rescue Me," which one is it?
"Sometimes, Grant, you can't make it on your Own." Kelly turns to Grant. But he's cool, he's the Fly.
Grant turns, "when love comes to Town...I'm gonna get that train, Mom. I've got to go where the streets have no Name, in Van Diemans's Land."
"huh? where?"
"Nevermind, I have too many mysterious Ways."
"Grant, don't go, I can't help falling in love with You."
"Mom, you can take a day without Me."
"No! When will you be back? On the Fourth of July? In October? At Christmas, baby please come Home?"
"Mom, our hearts will always beat as One. Don't forget about the unforgettable Fire that I have for you"
"Oh Grant, I will always follow you until the end of the World. Remember when life leaves you Numb or gives you a Lemon, you've got to find the silver and Gold Lining."
"What advice, mom! I guess I won't leave; let's make today a sort of Homecoming. I guess I will continue to trip through your Wires. At least until you are Forty."
"Please, I have my pride, in the name of Love."
