That to secure these rights to Such, Parenthood is instituted among Children, deriving Parenthood's just powers from the consent of the Children, That whenever any Form of Parenthood becomes destructive of these ends (those of the Children) it is the Right of the Children to alter or to abolish it (the parent's Parenthood, who just don't get it), and to institute new Parenthood (like the Children deserve better), laying [parenthood's] foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them (still talkin' about the Children) shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. (Safety being secondary to Happiness, of course!)
